Equity Loan

As payday profits and cash advance soothsayers, we know a ton about the personal loan universe. We know how it works, we see the future interrelationships between people and their emergency finances, and we can predict what will happen and when with each individual loan.

But do our abilities transcend to other dimensions? Can we - for instance - see into the future of an equity loan?

Looking deep into the equity loan cosmos
Predicting an equity loan is a lot different than seeing into the future of a payday advance. For starters, there is more money involved, and more money brings a higher level of variability:

Qualification for an equity loan is not as simple as for payday advances - there are credit checks, equity and income requirements, a show slew of demands to be met and promises to be made.
You can do a lot more - and make more mistakes - with a $30k equity loan than a $500 payday advance. The potential is greater, but so is the risk
Yet the costs are lower, meaning people tend to act a little less uppity with an equity loan, a little more relaxed and thoughtful.

Put anther way, people can be people when they take out an equity loan, they are not guided solely by the immediate actions of their constellation.

So the answer is - no. Payday Prophecy cannot see the future of just any old loan. We're solely payday professionals.
